There were a total of 2043 minutes of appointments unattended by non cancelling of appointments. That’s 136 appointment slots wasted in the month of April 2024.

And some of those missed appointments are by patients who have not attended 2 or more appointments, so please call in to the surgery if you are unable to attend your pre-booked appointments.

Thank you to all of those that did attend their appointment and to those that notified us you were no longer available to attend your appointment, this helps others to have appointments when they are needed.
