Carol Richards
Nurse Manager
Nurse Manager Richards works at both surgeries. She qualified in 1988 and joined Practice nursing in 1990. Carol has been working at Rowhedge since 2002. Carols specialist interests are Diabetes where she completed her Diabetes diploma in 2004, Minor illness and completed her Advanced level nurse in 2020, and non medical prescribing course in 2009
Cherry Cartwright
Advanced Nurse Practitioner with a specialist interest in Respiratory Care. I qualified as a Nurse in 2014 from Anglia Ruskin University and have remained in Urgent and Primary Care since , I have been working as an ANP since 2020 while gaining my Advanced Clinical Practice MSc at The University of Essex and started at Rowhedge Surgery in 2025.
June Schofield
Qualified in 1988. For many years I worked in Occupational Health and Health Screening, with a particular interest in Womens Health. I came in to general practice in 2000. I gained a diploma in Family planning in 2002. In 2004, I obtained the Warwick Diabetes Diploma and became a non-medical prescriber in 2006, completing this course as part of my BSc in Heath Care Studies.
Nurses
Kerry Jennings
Kerry works at both the University and Rowhedge sites and has been working in general practice since 2014. Kerry specialises in respiratory and is ARTP trained in performing and interpreting spirometry; her role also includes carrying out general treatment room duties.
Katie Hayes
Katie Qualified in nursing 2013, where she was first on the wards in the hospital, then moved to district nursing and came to GP practices in 2022. Katie is a very dedicated people person who likes to build relationships with her patients.
GP assistant
Mrs Rosie Taveira,
As GP Assistant Rosie supports the Doctors by carrying out both clinical and administrative tasks. Rosie manages our Diabetic patients by scheduling appointments and providing follow up care for those who have been discharged from hospital.
