Sister Ridge-Pace has worked at the University Health Centre for more than 13 years. Prior to working in General Practice, she worked in the A&E department in hospital. Much of her role at the Health Centre is spent working with patients on triage, diagnosing those patients who need seeing urgently and either managing their conditions or arranging urgent referral to the GP.
