The surgery migrated from one clinical system to another in the summer of 2016.
As a result of this, those patients who previously used our on-line services to book appointments and order repeat medication will have to request a new user-name and password from the surgery. This will be provided by reception upon presentation of photo ID.
How do I register to use this?
We ask that patients who wish to use this service ask at reception and bring a form of photo ID. The receptionist will then issue a username and password (which you can change to something memorable to you when you have first accessed the system).
What if I already have a username and password from the previous system, do I need a new one?
Yes you will need a new one as this is an entirely new system so the username and passwords are not interchangeable.
Why do I need to bring photo ID?
It is the government's intention that ultimately patients will be able to access their medical records on-line. This is the start of this process so you will be able to see a limited amount of your record e.g. medication, allergies, childhood vaccinations.
Because there will be patient information available to you, we have to be able to check that we only allow YOU access to YOUR record.
How do I book an on line appointment?
Click on the link to “SystmOnline” below: If you click on this, it will take you to the log in section asking for your username and password.

If I have ordered my medication on-line, can someone else collect my prescription for me?
Yes. A third party may collect your medication for you. We will assume consent to this as this is standard practice for dispensaries and pharmacies to allow third parties to collect prescriptions and medicines. However, if you wish to opt out of this then please inform the surgery.
